HOMETOWN HEROES ROUNDS OUT THE ROSTER WITH ADDITIONAL PLAYERS

GODERICH, ON The 3rd Annual Hometown Heroes “Raise a Little Health” charity hockey game, is set to take place this Thursday and Ben Lobb, Member of Parliament for Huron Bruce is happy to announce more players joining the 2016 roster.

  • Jack Bowler From Belle River, Ontario is a forward for Sun County Panthers

Other players who are hitting the ice include former Detroit Red Wings Forward and Stanley Cup Champion, Boyd Devereaux; former NHLer Dave McLlwain, current Buffalo Sabers Forward Ryan O’Reilly; and his brother Cal O’Reilly, who is also with the Buffalo Sabers.

“Raise a Little Health” charity hockey game will be taking place on Thursday, July 21st in Goderich at the Maitland Recreation Centre with puck drop at 7pm. The goal is to raise $50,000 for three local organizations; the Goderich-Huron YMCA’s Strong Kids; Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health; and Alexandra Marine & General Hospital.
